Problem
You would like to change your school account password, either because you have forgotten the password or you think something is wrong with your account.
Solution
- You can change your password online if you know your student number.
- You can contact IT Support if you don't know your student number.
Steps
Change your password online
If you know your student number you can change your account password yourself by opening a web browser (ie. Chrome or Edge) and going to https://password.kambryacollege.com. Enter your username and password when prompted. Note: your username is your student ID with @kambryacollege.com on the end. For example, if your student ID was ABC1234, you would enter ABC1234@kambryacollege.com
Contacting IT Support
If you want to change your account password but do not know your student number then let IT support know by sending an email to support@kambryacollege.com. In the email, say that you want to change your password but do not know you account details. IT Support will send your account details and ask you to visit https://password.kambryacollege.com.
