You are a Staff member and what to create a list of all Staff emails.


Solution:

  • You can download an email list from Compass (note: you will not see the described menu options unless you have the right Compass permissions).


Steps:

Choose Compass > Organisation (i.e. the 9-squares) > School Administration > People Management.

Click Advanced Filteradd Staff to roles, click Apply Filter. A list of all staff members now appears. 


Tick the box to select all Items. Choose 500 Items to show all items.


Choose Export & Stats and then choose Users


Choose Selected People. You will now download a file called UserExport.csv
