Problem
You want to install the Adobe Creative Cloud on your Computer. Your teacher may have asked you to have the Creative Cloud installed on your Computer.
Solution
- You can register your email account with eduPass.
- You can Download and Install the Adobe software and then Active it.
- You can reset your Adobe password in the event your have forgotten it.
Adobe Creative Cloud is a collection of more than 20 Desktop and Mobile Apps, including Adobe Acrobat, Illustrator, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, InCopy, InDesign, Muse, Premiere Pro, Animate, Audition, Capture, etc. The Department of Education offers all students access to the Creative Cloud once they register.
Steps
Register you email address with eduPass
To install Adobe software you to firstly need to register with eduPass.
- Send an email to IT Support (support@kambryacollege.vic.edu.au) and state you would like to download and install the Adobe Creative Cloud software. Use your school email account to do this. Your email will look similar to ABC1234@kambryacollege.vic.edu.au
- IT Support will email you your eduPass login details.
- Register with eduPass. Go to https://edupassmyaccount.education.vic.gov.au/ and enter your eduPass login details and Log in:
- On left hand side, Click on Change Password to change it, other than what was emailed to you.
Download and install Adobe Software and then Activate it.
- Click on the link to access Creative Cloud and log in with your Edupass details: https://creativecloud.com
- Once logged in, on the next page click on Download button under Creative Cloud to download the program and then run/Open File to install it
- Open Creative Cloud and enter your eduPass login details.
- Once you have successfully logged in, you should see list of all available Adobe programs for you to Install. You only need to Install the programs you need as it takes alot of space on your computer.
